Commentfic Bonus Round

I've heard from a few different people who had prompts they never got in during the designated period, so I decided to create a little bonus round. This will be running throughout the claiming and posting period, and focus on drabbles/ficlets/etc. It should serve as a fun way to warm up your writing!

To participate in the bonus round, leave one prompt per comment on this post. To fill a prompt, just reply to the comment. Since there is a 500-word minimum on the main round, I'm setting a 500-word maximum for bonuses. As always, you can leave anonymous prompts, but keep the bonus round to new prompts that were not on the main post. This post will close on May 1, the deadline for the main round.

Claims Post

Claiming time is here! Here's a reminder of the guidelines:

1. You may claim your own prompts.

2. You may claim up to three prompts at a time. After claiming three, you must post at least one fill before claiming more.

3. Prompts may only be claimed once.

4. To claim a prompt, comment on the claims post with the name (DW, AO3, etc) under which you will be posting the fill, and the entire prompt.

5. Although there is a period specifically for claiming prompts, you may continue to claim throughout the posting period.

Here is the spreadsheet with all the prompts in alphabetical order. I will be updating it as diligently as possible to keep up with which prompts are open or closed.

Claim away!

Originally, the fest was going to correspond more directly with the cherry blossom front, but a certain amount of adjustment for my personal availability had to happen. Flowers wait for no mod.

March 18 - March 25 | Prompts open
March 26 - March 28 | Spreadsheet happens, as does any necessary clarification
March 28 - April 2 | Claims open
April 2 - May 1 | Posting period (claims continue throughout this time)
